MAA RAJULDE PARIWAR TRUST
About Maa Rajul De Pariwar Trust:
It was felt from last many years that though there is large presence of followers and
devotees of Maa Rajul De, in all over India and abroad, who worship Maa Rajul De
as their Kuldevi but it is limited as a homely affair or during their visit to the temple at
Fatehpur Shekhawati.
It was also felt that at present there is also large presence of Maa Rajul De in the
City of Kolkata, Howrah and suburb areas like Uttarpara, Hind Motor, Rishra and
nearby states Bihar, Jharkhand Orissa, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh etc. but they
are not united under any umbrella organisation.
It was also felt that although there are literatures like Rajul Mangal Path, Rajul
Chalisa, Rajul Barahmasa etc, But these are not published properly. It was felt that
although Mangalpath, Bhajan Kirtan are being held but they are limited to the
boundaries of the families organising them.
There is no mass scale movement to spread the awareness about Maa Rajul De or
community involvement in organisation of Mangal Path, Bhajan Sandhya or
Janmotsav etc.
It was also felt that most of devotees do not know the history of Maa Rajul De. It was
a general belief that Maa Rajul De was a Sati (a woman, who sacrifices her life on
the piers of her deceased husband), which was not true in this case. In actual terms
Maa Rajul De was a Mahasati, who renounced the worldly affairs following the path
of her would be husband Neminathji, (who became 22 nd Jain Tirthankar after
attaining Kevalyagyan) who had already renounced the worldly affairs at the eve of
his marriage with Rajul in his mission to explore bliss for all i.e. SATYA & AHINSA.
Rajul on attaining spirituality /omniscience also became a Jain Aaryika say Sadhvi
(Nun) in the order of Lord Neminath and sacrificed her life to spread Jainism in
masses.
Considering all above aspects, a meeting of devotees of Maa Rajul De was
organised on Sunday, 13 th March, 2016 at 11.00 A.M. at Sri Basudev Bhawan, P
184, CIT Scheme VII, Kolkata-700054 under the Chairmanship of Sri Ramawatar
Ramsisaria. In this meeting representatives of 27 families were present. Sri Pawan
Jain, one of the organisers, explained the reason behind calling the meeting.
Everyone present in the meeting supported the cause and agreed that this is the
time devotees of Maa Rajul De should come forward under one umbrella
organisation and spread awareness about Maa Rajul De as well as organise
community based Mangal Path, Bhajan Sandhya, Janmotsav and related programs
and publish the history of Maa Rajul De and books of Mangal Path, Bhajan, Rajul
Chalisa, Barahmasa etc.
After deliberation, it was decided to name the organisation as “MAA RAJUL DE
PARIWAR”. Sri Ramawtar Ramsisaria agreed to provide a table space at his
Basudev Bhawan for office address of the organisation and allow holding the
meetings thereof at suitable times. It was also decided that organisation shall be
membership based under various classifications and devotees & followers of Maa
Rajul De shall be invited for membership all over India and abroad.

may be registered under Society Registration Act and a Trust be founded.
